As title really, bog standard 3 piece (prolly from Wickes), to go into exactly the same place as the existing one, and remove an old crappy shower that the disabled previous owner used. (You would use the shower in the bath, its not separate - assume the pipes can just be blanked).

Selling up and moving on, too much to do to sussit for myself, just interested how much i should expect to get stung for. (Live in Surrey if location affects price!).
