Erm, this was a demo car at Stan Palmers ;) talizman 17 February 2004, 00:40 Erm, this was a demo car at Stan Palmers I assume you aren't referring to my car mate, cos your info couldn't be further from the truth, but thanks for the bttt anyway. Danny B 17 February 2004, 11:58 Sorry mate, I could have sworn you told me that this was a Stan Palmers ex-demo, apologies. Not that this thread needs a BTTT, but have one anyway. talizman 17 February 2004, 17:31 Thank you. After all I've spouted about avoiding ex-demo's, I'd be a bit of a hypocrite to buy one wouldn't I? ;) This car has been cherished since the first mile! :D sti-04!! 18 February 2004, 21:34 bttt you know why !! someone buy this monster !! Potential buyers probably being turned off cos they think it's a bugeye. ;) sti-04!! 21 February 2004, 20:22 gm - theres pics there to show what it is !! u still on this mike wood bandwagon ? so i take it mines will be a sti10 (my04 sti) ?? greasemonkey 21 February 2004, 20:50 Bandwagon? It's not a bandwagon, nor is it Mike's invention. It's the nomenclature used internally by Prodrive and Subaru, whereas the "alternative" is merely the invention of a few car geeks. ;) Yes, if the car you get is an MY04 STI Type UK, you could, with a certain amount of justification, call it an STi10, although it'd be far less ambiguous to the great unwashed if you simply called it an MY04 STi Type UK... Gutmann pug 21 February 2004, 21:01 Free BTTT for a great STi8 see you at the 'ring' in april mate..... gary (TVR Gary) BAH 21 February 2004, 21:06 Talizman.... How come u selling so soon....? Im currently getting prices for a new or demo STI8 against my classic,be interested in your quotes.. talizman 23 February 2004, 20:21 BAH, I've just bought a house which was unplanned, hence the early sale. I had intended to keep the car for at least a couple of years, but it does make more sense to tighten the purse-strings due to the new pad. Let me know if you are interested mate. regards Smithharry111 25 February 2004, 20:13 Is the car still for sale ?, if so pls quote for finance asap, i am very interested :D , regards Pete. PM me with quotes Thanks in advance. talizman 25 February 2004, 21:50 Smithharry, As I'm not financing it myself, I can't provide quotes other than what you could estimate calculate them to be yourself. I can only tell you what the figures were when I bought and what you may expect to get, but without actually doing some figures, I can't give you a price. Email me and I'll give you my phone number and we'll chat about it. steppers 25 February 2004, 22:58 guess it must be the price I just bought in December an sti with ppp albeit standard wheels for £25,500 thats £1500 discount You never get anywhere near yer money back on extras All the bet anyway, try 21,995.00 talizman 26 February 2004, 00:47 steppers, The car is 10 months old and has had £6k spent on it, on top of the £25k new price. £23k for a £31k 10 month old car is good value IMHO, but thanks for your "advice" anyway. nescoob1 26 February 2004, 11:44 Talizman, are you interested in a p/x? talizman 26 February 2004, 13:09 Depends what you got mate, could be. talizman 26 February 2004, 13:15 Just saw your for sale thread.... Is it still the V4 Type R? If so, what wheels and exhaust are on it now? Was this Coco Scooby's car btw? nescoob1 26 February 2004, 15:07 Talizman - my cars not up for sale yet so you must have been looking at another thread, yes it was Coco Scoob's V4 type R which now has a full decat and TSL firestorm back box and 18" Arospeed RSGT hyperblack alloys. :D Defi link gauges, morette headlights. Interested? talizman 26 February 2004, 18:20 Sorry, wasn't this your thread here (http://bbs.scoobynet.co.uk/showthread.php?t=302216) Could be interested, whats the miles now? Also, any up to date pics? nescoob1 26 February 2004, 20:21 Cars now done 65k and now looks like this:- http://www.showoffyourcar.com/cars/subaru/3083.jpg http://www.showoffyourcar.com/cars/subaru/3093.jpg :D talizman 26 February 2004, 23:50 nescoob1, you have p/m mate talizman 27 February 2004, 18:05 Simon YHM mate. :) |
