Currently have a problem with my 2000 turbo and need to get it checked out, unless I can fix it myself or someone else can take a look at this thread and give me any help.

If not I need to get it checked out, I have used Cheam Motors before but was hoping there might be a specialist place that I don't know about that some of you guys could recommend.

Someone mentioned another servicing place in Haslemere (*not* the Subaru garage BTW). Its in this section, I believe?

 

I appreciate you don't want to use a main dealer, but Cheam Motors have always done me proud!

No slur on Cheam intended, as you say all work they have ever done has been great along with their service, just wondered if there was somewhere closer to home and not main dealer prices?

 

I THINK YOU WILL FIND THAT BELL AND COLEVILLE ARE NOW A MAIN DEALERSHIP.HAD MY MY00 TURBO SERVICED THERE IN NOVEMBER.
I THOUGHT THEY WERE A SPECIALIST DEALER ASWELL.I REALISED THEY WERNT WHEN I PICKED MY CAR UP AFTER AN OIL SERVICE (£140).
THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT MY NEXT SERVICE (CAMBELT) IN APRIL WILL BE AROUND £800!!!!!......WONT BE GOING BACK THERE THEN.

Apparently some people use a company in Dorking called Rivett Autos, can't comment on quality of work as I have never used them.

I always use B&C for servicing, as I've been over charged for work elsewhere.

I haven't used them, so I really can't comment!

PS my vote would go to Haven Motor Co in Plummers Plain Horsham 01403 891700 they have specialised with Suabru and imports for years and are a very good choice. Non dealer rates too.
