Had a small 'bump' last year :(
Elephant £950+
Tesco £1000+
L & V £797  :D
is it right that L&V will only sting you if you have a power increase? and that other mods (styling) they ain't bothered about (as long as you register them)
is this is so, i am sooooo happy :):):)

They don't like rebores, but upping the power is OK.
The problem with L&V is they let you do all these mods for free, then sting you on the renewal. Then where are you gonna go????

No, they don't sting you on renewal, I've been with them for 3 years and it has only gone up by £30 in that time to £424 :D, MY00 5 dr turbo, full decat, 17" wheels, me(36) and the wife(33) to drive.

Happy with L&V - £624 on an STi5 and would have been £50 cheaper if I could have proved 9 years no claims

I just got my renewal quote from direct line for my P1
£1009 - 9 years protected NCD, etc
L&V were only £647 like for like
They were cool about the brake upgrade
Screentrade (Lloyds TSb) wouldn't even quote me !
