On a brighter note....

Just had a new ugly plastic double glazed window fitted to my Ice box of a bedroom. alas it sticks out like a sore thumb.
I had a venetian blind up before but think it's time to get something up that's in-keeping with the rest of the room.
Any idea's

The parents have suggested a blind made from Bamboo shoots :eek:

The typical room decor at the mo consists of.
Beech effect laminate floor
Beech effect Units/ shelving etc
Silver framework
Silver Electrical items items
and the token Blue Lava lamp :D ( to match the blue inlay on the Wardrobe)

My mate just bought some wooden blinds from Ikea, about 20quid..

I cut them down with the chopsaw for him.. put the front face up if you do though :)

look ok for the money..
