Just a couple of quickies :)

1. This has surely been asked a zillion times but... I sent my Member Plus cheque off yesterday and wanted to know when will the Plus Member become active and be displayed under the user name?...my guess is after the cheque clears?

2. Not important, but why have members who have recently joined i.e. in the last year or two not have their membership join date up as opposed to some of the more senior members?

Hi Simon,

1)Usually within a week of receiving the cheque. Packs are then delivered within 28 days.

2)Not too sure about that one. I will investigate.

It stopped working since we upgraded the software a couple of years back. Simon looked at it over the weekend and we think we may be able to sort it. I will update you (or should I say your date! lol) as soon as I know more.
