Homebase have a nice simple but still slightly stylish white suit in their sale right now. Looking at it myself.

buy wheels instead... make do with your existing bathroom, you know it makes sense

Set up a 'trade' account with Plumb Center or the like and get some discount!

I doubt it. My dad is a plumber and when he set up his trade account they didnt ask for any proof. You could always print off some headed paper from your PC!

Go in dressed in a oily boiler suit just to add some kudos :D

I bought 2 bathrooms recently for our house, got the lot form a place in Radcliffe near Bury, cant think of the name or number but if you look on a map you go on m/cr rd out of bury and right onto Radcliffe rd which becomes bury rd, on this road after about 1.5 miles is a petrol station on your right and just after is an old mill type building, thats where it is, deffo worth a look, cant remember exactly what we paid but both plain white one was mediteranian type - button flush, one tap mixer ( tap from www.tapshop.net) other suite was victorian style, think all the lot was about £550

Decent builder's or plumber's merchants.
I replaced a bath last year with an Ideal corner bath including panel and taps for £450.
