Quite a few Scoobs, on and off the circuit as one would imagine.

Taken with a Canon 1D and 100-400L for those interested. Three images, including an obligatory Scoob. Sunny, but it was COLD!

Nice sharp piccies - Assume the quality lens doesn't exactly hinder this (just checked on ebay and there's a couple of 100-400 for £870ish !)
Will have to get round for scanning some of my recent rally slides and posting up here.

 

Hi Mossman, Hand-held, but the camera and lenses are meant for this type of work. I am usually photographing race cars way faster than today's. Loads of practice, that's my excuse.

I was a good day with a big crowd, but only 6 Scoobs out of 81 entries. There was even a Darrian T90, which is quite a rare site.

Andy, I bought mine new for £1,200. You have to watch some of the s/h ones on e-bay as they can get water in them and you end up with mould inside.

This last shot was taken with my other camera - Canon 10D and a 70-200L F2.8IS I seem to have caught all the Scoobs.

The Subaru WRC will be out again at Croft on the 17th Jan for the Jack frost stages.
