I thought i`d try and stay away from the same old headlight conversions and modify my own. If I were keeping it though, I would probably do it now, cos they are nice.

cheers for that corradoboy

Jon,
removed headlights from car,
heated with hair dryer,
prised unit apart after removing screws,
removed orange indicator bulb cover,
used black paint to coat silver internals,
added silver indicator bulb,
resealed with heat and silicon.

job done. had a bit of misting at first, so had to reseal, but fine now.

very nice, have a thing for black cars anyway, and I do like the wheels, a bit different from the usual types you see. Would have to get some big brakes on there though, to fill things out, but very nice car.

Markus, yes agreed, huge brakes with these wheels would look fantasic, but never seem to have the money for those kinda things anymore since buying my house spent far too much money on previous cars, when i shoulda gone straight for the impreza.
ho-hum.

Very nice car mate love the wheels and the subtle styling although a new alloy or carbon rear spoiler might set it off a treat. But looks real street sleeper.

street sleeper sums it up pretty well i think. not sure about the carbon rear spoiler idea, bit too orimental IMHO, but a prodrive or sti type would have been nice enough. would also like to see the car with the rear windows tinted if anyone can photoshop it
