Just wondering what everyone thought to the proposed change Max Moseley has in mind. This is where if you retire from the rally in the first couple of days you will be allowed to carry on to the final day - presumably in another car.
What's fellow rally fans thoughts on this subject??

Max Mosley would be better off keeping his nose out from the WRC as he knows absolutely hee haw about it. What a load of nonsense this idea is. So a guy who goes out on the first day gets back in the car and is allowed to carry on. What about a car which is leading with 2 stages to go on day 3 and breaks down? Does he propose a tour de France style approach with a spare car following the drivers just in case they need it.
He should stick to Michael Boremaker and his pals on the scalextric set and the WRC well alone.

Max Mosely is president of the FIA. So ultimatey he and his fellow members of the FIA council make the rules for amnongst other sports, F1 and WRC.
He also has a famous Dad - Oswald (if you don't know who he is, do some research around WWII)!
