Big thumbs up to Knowlsey and the team , they had my MAF in stock when my nearest Subaru dealer couldn't get hold of them ,even popped it in for me too ,keep up the good work

Top marks also to Knowlsey and the boys who did a very thorough job on my car today as well (50K cambelt service). Good to know that customer service is alive and well.

Yeah. I'll second that. Knowlesey's attitude to customer service is refreshing to say the least. My only beef with him is that he "happens to have in stock" parts that I'm idly thinking about having fitted (at some stage in the future) and I end up buying them.

I get a bit wallet happy when I visit.

Just saw this posting, thinking of having a look around there. I was using osbournes for servicing (till they lost the franchise) went to Haddocks for a service and will never return there!!!!
