I know in the past I have heard of lots of people that don't rate them very highly.

However, we took our Sapphire Cosworth there a couple of months ago, just for them to try and find our problem. They were very helpful and informative, let us borrow a chip to test up the road and back. They seemed to know what they were talking about

I'm sure you may get some more replies though.
