A strange thing happened today,i was driving for about an hour giving it a bit of stick now and again,i stopped the car and parked it up for about 20mins,came back out and went to accelerate in 1st the car hardly moved and the rev counter bounced round to 7,500 change into 2nd same again but with a smell of clutch carried on driving normally for another 10mins then the cars back to normal pulling away quickly Wierd!!!!

anyone any experience of this phenomenon please.
