All, We have a pressie collection at the southend cruise (6th Dec) now who's up for joining the convoy to deliver???

I know it's a bit of a journey for those of us from Essex, but hey it's for a very good cause.

Meeting points are roughly along the following lines:
Right. plan is...(subject to massive revision)....that we will meet in the morning of Sunday 14th Dec at Chievley services on the M4/A34 junction (M4 Jn13)Meeting at approx. 10:30am...then drive to the home in Newbury....regroup after much fun and joy giving then head, in convoy down the M4 to Reading...
There to visit the two homes (order to be determined by exact location...)
more festive cheer, etc...and then on to either....Travellers Rest at Caversham..or Reading Services on the M4 (J11??)...if we start mid morning, we shuld be done by 1600hrs...relaxing pint (of orange juice and lemonade, or whatever) then disperse to the 4 winds feeling that we have done something good...

supercue, not this time mate as it is being organised by a guy from the Reading area. However if this is a success watch out for next year.
