Thanks a bunch South Wales Constabulary!! You're sterling efforts in targeting us 'easy targets' with your speed cameras, has resulted in the possible down grading of one our country's leading sporting events.
The FIA are meeting on Dec 12th to discuss Rally GB, with a view to making 2004 Rally GB 'Observer Status' ie does not count to the championship. This is due to the FIA being unsure that local authorities are using speed detection equipment for safety reasons and not as a money making exercise.
Now, where have we heard that before??? Every pub in the country I should think.
