Arron,

Nothing on their site at present, and they've not mentioned one to me (I cover some of their days).

Josh

PS I believe it's the SIDC that are not welcome, rather than all Subarus.

Sorry to correct you Josh

I believe it's the SIDC that are not welcome, rather than all Subarus.

But that is incorrect ;)

Sounds interesting. Never been to Bedford, but heard many good reports - except for noise limits of course :(

Will be watching out for Bedford news. ;)

They have spent some serious money at Bedford improving what was already a good facility

Indeed noise limits have to be adhered to but I am looking forward to an SIDC event early in 2004

What is the state of play then Phil?

I was under the impression that JP would not be taking further bookings from the SIDC, but I've covered several events since where Subarus were on track.

Josh

PS Sorry Arron, I was thinking of Palmersport's own days.

highly reccommend RMA days...did two days at the ring last week...very well organised with revolving marshals on the circuit at all times in case there was an incident!!

are the noise limits guaranteed to be kept the same all day Phil, or is JP going to make it up again depending on which way the wind is blowing?

phil
25 November 2003, 21:02
Noise Limits will be clearly stated at the time of booking

johnfelstead
25 November 2003, 21:20
They were last time Phil. Has he guarateed they wont change on the day?

phil
25 November 2003, 21:45
The Booking form will clearly state the noise limits applicable for the day.

johnfelstead
25 November 2003, 22:12
You havnt answered my question Phil.

phil
25 November 2003, 22:36
John

Once the date has been agreed, the full terms and conditions will be published on our website.

and as I said the noise limits will be clearly stated and adhered to

Phil

johnfelstead
25 November 2003, 22:45
That's not a very clear answer Phil, you know why i am asking. Thanks anyway.

phil
25 November 2003, 23:01
John

I know exactly where you are coming from

but whats not clear about
I said the noise limits will be clearly stated and adhered to

johnfelstead
25 November 2003, 23:26
So you are saying he guaranteed not to overide the terms and conditions on the day if he gets complaints, as he did previously?

If he hasnt guaranteed that, then whatever is written in the T&C's is worthless, as was the case last time.
