Had a MY02 WRX for a few months now but the stereo fails every now and then, just cuts out or distorts really badly from time to time.

Just had a harsh experience from the dealers so any feedback from you guys on how they dealt with your faulty stereo?

Best bet is to dump it, its a pretty shocking piece of kit really. Not done mine "yet" but I have a moaning missus, and not much cash.

Get it fixed under warranty. Change the dealer you use if need be.

Replace it - mine is now soooooooo much better!
