Bought some of this new stuff from halfords - 10m of chrome lining - seems to be perfect fit for most of the interior - requires good heating to install though. will attempt tomorrow.
anyone tried this?
(PS it's 7mm wide, 3mm thick chrome lining that can be put on the exterior too and looks quality)

here you go - put a bit on today - looks really good methinks.
only problem is that I have been using that flash dash which is a pain to remove so the stuff hasn't stuck super strong, but good enough...

and here's a comparison between a real chrome surround and the stuff that I put on. tbh, i prefer the stuff i put on as the chrome is far too blingy!

lol! you won't believe it, and many don't, it's actually a £5 jobbie from local max power shop. it's a perfect fit and looks the part after almost a year. you'd think it was made especially for the impreza!
