We're going to need a combi boiler forum at this rate! ;)

I've got a Vokera 20/80 RS Flowmatic and it keeps losing pressure. It says in the manual to keep it between 1 and 1.5 bar (mains is about 3 here), but it keeps dropping to less than half that, and I have to top it up almost every month now. Thing is, I've gone round the whole flat looking for leaks and there doesn't appear to be anything - radiators never need bled, no dripping joints anywhere etc.

What's going on? Is there some other way it can lose pressure? Are we looking at something expensive? I'm obviously keen to sort it out before I put too much fresh oxygenated water through my system. Please tell me it's something simple!

Hi...find out where the discharge pipe terminates and see if it is wet or there has been signs of water as this is the most likely cause of water loss and in which case you would only need to have the pressure relief valve changed.

IF ITS NOT THE PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE,IT COULD BE THE SCHRAEDER VALVE LEAKING ON THE EXPANSION VESSEL OR THE VESSEL ITSELF PUNCTURED INSIDE.EITHER WAY I WOULD GET SOMEONE QUALIFIED TO LOOK AT IT AS IT IS NOT A DIY JOB!
