was in touch with MSA today and released dates for next year which are 15th / 16th september 2004 tickets will be on sale about 3/4 months from date.FOR THOSE WHO DID NOT KNOW like me until today

Er, not. The 15th and 16th September are a Wednesday and Thursday!

The dates currently on the FIA calendar are Friday 17th to Sunday 19th. The start day is subject to revision given the changes in recce rules, and the status of the SuperSpecial. In practice it's still likely that the rally proper will start on the Thursday.
