Oh No DarkBlue, same thing happened to me (hit from behind at traffic lights on my ninja) and I'm in the early stages of the claim. I was hoping it would be a straight forward claim. I've got the bike back as I was fully comp.

I got my baby (blade) back

After getting hit from behind last year I've FINALLY had a payout fromthe third party insurers.
I had to go to court and everything to prove that it was HIS fault, even though all the damage quite clearly showed a rear impact. I was stationary at traffic lights when he iht me!!

But, now I've got the money and the bike is back from Wickford Motorcycles. What a glorious Saturday afternoon that was - riding through the lanes again. And the weather held out for me to give me a dry road too. How nice.

It felt GOOOOOOD to be riding again :-)

That's the problem with being 3rd party F&T - they pretty much leave you to it...

Were you injured at all. Don't like it when people come off bikes. Though I've done it 3 times myself... DOH!
