Removing the interior trim on front doors

Sorry to ask such a basic question but are there more than 2 screws securing the interior trim on the front doors of a MY2000? It was suggested that in addition to the screws in the door latch and the one in the lower half of the trim behind the large door bin there might be one in the handle hidden by the cover for the window switches, pulling at this fairly forcibly failed to release it so I stopped through fear of breaking it.

Having removed the screws does the whole pannel just pop away or is there some technique involved? I have to replace the door mirrors and knock out some dents curtesy of vandals

There is an FAQ on how to take the front door trims off two change the speakers. Someone on here may know the URL 'cos you can't search for it anymore.
