At 80+ mph I get a vibrating rattle noise that sounds like the dash glass (infront of the instrument dials) is slightly loose. As I go to hold it in place it feels well situated.

I am having to assume then that there is a loose fitting/screw somewhere behind the dash instruments?

I get the same exact rattling at slower speeds in my STi V . Drives me nutts sometimes .

 

I get a rattling noise like the fuel tank is loose or the washer bottle.
Do you get this noise too?

 

Nope ! Just the noise behind the instrument
dials .
