mini at rally gb will be soo cool we saw a fiat sciento in germany which was cool we waited ages each time for it but it was worth it mini will be ever cooler we will wait as long as it takes
where will u b at service cos we would love to se u will u b near main cars or out at the back out of the way :( we wish u all the best hope ure still there on sun afternoon

amazing a mini gonna be at the rally actually taking part, the mini is just soooo my (dudes) favorite car ill be at the service probly taking loads of photos of the best car at the rally without a doubt

2 page spread no less well done, will get other papers and be sure to tape the shakedown. Will be cheering you on all the way, will even shake my smarties at you, now that is fame!!!!! Thats if I can resist eating them being a chocaholic, mind I could always fill tube with stones or would that be to much of a cheat?

Ooh - wave the smarties too much and we'll stop off for some! Hope you have enough for the FIA observers as well..

Withouth doubt you received the biggest cheers at every stage I saw you, I was pleased to see so many people staying to shout for you. I hope that inside the car you got some sense of the warm welcome you received every time.

Was nearly devastated on Resolfen 2 when we saw you coming down the hill in the distance but then you didn't arrive at the hairpin when expected - so glad you got going again !!

Many thanks for great entertainment on the rally. we loved watching you going round and gave a huge chear and plenty air horn every time we saw you (we watched the whole field of every stage we saw (7 of em) just to see mildred :D) it was great to have an interest in the back end of the field as well as the WRC boys.
A fantastic effort finishing when you see the amount of retirements.

Well done to the mini guys(coming from a Hillman Imp enthusiast that' means a lot!). Really great to see the car out, shame it didn't get the tv coverage it deserves.

What a send off at Margam - very moving to hear all that support echo around the park. We gave it plenty on the airhorn as you entered the winners' enclosure. But forgot my smarties for the grand finale in Cardiff - though you were kind enough to smile for the camera as you waited in line ( that WAS a smile I hope - havent seen the results yet!). Thanks guys -I should have some stunning mini photos to cherish (been taking them enough years now!!!) - and even more memorable than being stage dived by Petter!!! I may missthe last Concorde flying in to her birthplace in a few weeks.....but the last world rally Mini- no way!!!!
PS Did you know the podium was going to explode!!!?

A big well done to Neil, Jim, Anna, Mildred and all involved in making it such an excellent send off for the Mini on international rallies.
Managed to catch them at Crychan, Resolfen and Rhondda and went to say a quick hello at the service park while trying not to get in the way on Saturday evening.
It got a bit emotional for us (me n Liz) on the first Rhondda stage yesterday. We seemed to wait an age after the last car had been through and feared the worst after hearing about Mildred's electrical problems before Saturday's superspecial.
We thought it was game over as speccies were starting to trickle away - next car through will be the safety car we thought, but then we heard a massive cheer, loads of hooting and they whizzed past to a fantastic reception. I have to admit that I did shed a tear.

Also sorry if we held anyone up on the way to or from any carparks - some of those Forrestry Commision potholes could have swallowed our car up whole (volcano orange twin point inj Mini with white roof/stripes etc) and I'm not sure we would have got out the other side of them LOL.

The mini almost took a wrong turning at rheola 2. I was in a car coming down from the stage, and the car was coming up the hill. Reversed then and went the right way!. Well done guys i enjoyed seeing u at resolven though.

NEIL YOU MADE THE RALLY FOR THOUSANDS OF US WE WAITED AT EVERY STAGE WE WENT TO JUST TO SEE YOU DRIVE THROUGH. DID SERVICE REALY CONSIST OF TUNING THE HORN ON THE LITTLE CAR WELL DONE.
