All going well, I'll be picking up my late '94 WRX next week. Can't wait... It's an October '94 model and I'm sure the chassis number makes it 260PS.
Can anyone point me to a source of detailed spec for that model?
What interior is it likely to have?
Any suggestions and/or speculation welcome.
Also, are there tech/workshop manuals available?

Thanks

Norrie

Should have light grey/black interior with sports seats (Jap spec WRX have sports seats since launch), Nardi steering wheel (if airbag was not specified).
95MY WRX has 260ps/6500rpm and 31.5kgm torque @ 5000rpm and double-spoke 16" alloys. IMHO, the best colour for MY95 & 96 WRX is silver.

I agree with you HO. Mine's Silver! Where did you get the detailed spec?

I got the specs from a Subaru ad in a Jap car magzine, it had a large pic of a silver WRX on the autobahn (with German plates) and proclaims the 260ps output in large writing.

Look up your engine number from the id plate under the bonnet, and check the PS rating from the info on the FAQ....

Earlier 240ps WRX has red/black sports seats and 15" rims (same design as previous UK spec, but black instead of silver)

Looked up the chassis number in the FAQ as soon as I bought it six weeks ago! There was a number missing so I'm still keeping my fingers crossed about the 260PS bit. Also, its got 16" alloys.

Thanks.
