As said in an earlier thread, local knowledge is king, but this is not always true, i have extensive knowlegde of all of the south wales area covered by the rally mainly due to work and family etc, but last year i discovered this knowledge turned out to be a disadvantage due to 1) police road closures which weren't signposted untill you hit them and had to track back for miles and 2)many other locals all doing the same as me and having to turn around in tight single track roads and creating traffic jams. so this year, balls to local knowledge i'm gonna take my chances and take the main routes. I'll bet i get there quicker and less stressed!!!

russ555, your post does not read as tho you did not buy a ticket. Dont worry about it m8, I have never really had traffic problems that i remember. Think the last time the Q went to sweet lamb, it took hours to get out. But i just went to sleep in the back of the car so dont know how long it was lol.
