...in the sense of a colour flip depending on the angle of viewing.
Has anyone had this done? How much did it cost for re-furb and or spraying and did come out as good as you were expecting?

Saw a few cars at Crail with this done, mostly modded Jap motors like FTO's but a few Calibras had it too, one place that I cant remember the name of that were based in Fife used powder coating to do it at about £30 a wheel, might be worth checking some of the Fto or max power type sites,

"Max Power" <shudder>
I was thinking subtle.....rather than techno-ultra-purple-violet-and-green but if you think it'll work.... :-)
I have two or three issues with it.
1) Likely to cost more (some say loads more).
2) Really don't want to curb the alloys after having this done.
3) Will it work. This is the sort of thing that depends on having curved surfaces to appreciate the colour flip.
Maybe I'll try it on my AX first, rather than fsck up the 18s on my scoob :-)

The powder coating guy also said they did quite a few with ordinary silver or gold but with a metal flake idea through it, quite subtle,
