today i nearly lost my licence. i was sitting behind a cruizer doing about 80-90 with another person on a sports bike. on a straight he blasts by us so i gave chase.

we were blasting along the straights at 130-140, slowing down for a corner we were doing about 85mph (where the police seen us, on unmarked bikes) and we never seen them, on the next straight we upped it to 110mphovertaking about 8 cars and a coach. i noticed to black bikes behind me.

we came to some twisties and one passed us ( we were still racing at this point) and i noticed a small aerial sticking out his panier and i though awww ****.

i slowed down immediatley as one of the bikers stayed behind me and one went after my friend, who never relised they were the police. they pulled him over and the police noded me in.

he gave me a warning and told us that they were sitting behind us at 110mph and they had us on the radar gun at 85mph.

they gave us both a warning and a talk about dangerous driving and the fact that a patrol car was sitting round the next bend with a radar gun.

i was very lucky, and i done the rest of the 150mph trip at 60mph! ive learned my lesson for sure.

Where was this? Any info on the unmarked bikes?

it was between Crianlanarch and Lochearnhead in scotland.

their bikes were a triumph speed something 995

and the other was a big tourer, not a fully blowen tourer but it was still big.

i always said to my self, i could easily outrun a copper. even when we were going hard pace, they still stayed with us and were able to pass us.

something to be said about advanced training.

They are up that way all the time as a lot of bikes use those roads and there is usually a few spills each year. Thats where i nearly got caught doing 150 two up.
