Anyone recommend a good electric shower? Doing up my *family* bathroom and want to add one over the bath. Don't need a power shower as I have one already in the en-suite. Got a reasonable head of water so pressure shouldn't be a problem.

Looking at what it looks like and reliability. Some of the DIY store ones look OK but not sure about reliability (Triton for instance).

Thoughts?

Cheers

Mira are the ones to go for. They have been in the business for years and you can still get parts for showers that are over 20 years old!!So they arent just going to dissapear like some of these b+q ies!!

Triton are also a well established company but we never use them.

Mira sports all the way :D:D

Aqualisa are the daddy as far as showers are concerned, you WILL NOT buy better, do a search on yahoo or wherever for their web site etc.

If you have a good head of water, get a very high kilowatt rated one - this means it wont have to slow down the flow rate too much in order to have a chance of heating the water up. Actually hate the things as they reduce the flow to a trickle in winter...
