My combi boiler works exactly like it says it should in the manual.... From the amount of combi boiler question in here I suspect this is not normal? Any suggestions?

LOL @ Fast bloke :)

Trouble is that I'm the said plumber :p

(Well, up until the gas connection needs to be done... I've no desire to blow myself up or electrocute myself.)

if your boiler is working as the manual says and you want to be like all the other combi-boiler people and be in our gang then.

1. take 4Ib club hammer
2. proceed to hit the boiler several times
3. repeat 2 until operation of boiler is no longer
4. put post up on scoobynet asking about faulty combi boiler so you can be just like us
5. get a wet trout and slap face several times for being so stupid

Cheers Cliff - That worked a treat. (I had to use a 6 lb hammer, but it worked anyway) :D
