Can these be put into valet mode, and if so how ?

Valet mode??? do you mean turn off ultrasonics

nah, meant stop immobiliser from coming on automatically, car went into have some work done and thought it'd save them messing about. But they coped so not bothered now. Have had hassle with Vx garage previously where they couldn't sort the immobiliser out.Guess though 'cos it's a CAT1 you can't stop it from immobilising.

Makes sense now I think about it !!
