Been given a price of £445 to lay 30no 900mm x 600mm flags.

This price includes supplying ALL materials, flags, sand, dry mix etc... and labour (CASH!)

The ground is pretty flat so removal of the grass and leveling is straight forward.

Am being ripped off or not??

I would say that was a good price - especially as it includes mats.
