View Full Version : 'Classic' CD Player display is fading Mick 15 August 2003, 13:53 I have a Sony CDX-5070 unit fitted in my car - It's one of the old green numbers only type disply. No RDS or anything fancy... ;) The display is fading/ failing, some bits seem to be illuminating when they shouldn't be etc. Is there any cure for this? Luke 17 August 2003, 21:21 had this happen on a sony flip down front.. It was something to do with the ribbon cable been worn out.. Told it was a waste of money.fixing. If its a face off you could try to find another matching face?? |
