Well, that's it - I've been ringing The Folly Inn (Hungry Horse) for a week and they're perminatly engaged, so I say we just turn up and take it from there :cool::D

I'm sure they won't mind there car park being filled with excellent Japanesse vehicles, and if they do we can find somewhere else ;) :)

Jen, I also have a recomendation for a new pub for the meets

Bear And Ragged Staff, Romsey. Its on the right hand side opposite the mottisfont abbey turn when coming from Romsey to Stockbridge (approx 5 miles out of romsey town). will dig out a link for the pub/location if i can.

It has a Hooooooje car park + overspill, beer garden is situated between the actual pub & car park, the whole pub footprint is adjacent to the main road. Tried to take a piccie this afternoon but batteries in camera were flat :(

:( for Chris - Thanks for the suggestion though mate - I've mentioned it to a few people and they reckon it's a fantastic pub :D ...so I might have to test it ;):D Hard job eh?! We're looking at a few in terms of travelling etc. then contacting them to see if they mind us using them, any we don't have as a "regular" pub we'll use for the "on tour" meets over the summer, so it'll definatly be included somewhere :cool:

wrxstian & Reib - excellent :D Be good to see you both if you can make it, there's quite a few from the SIDC website coming as well, so it's looking like it'll be a good one :) And Reib - I've only ever met one of the people coming from the SIDC side, so we'll all be in the same boat! I'm easy to spot - the names on the car window and I'm tall with dark hair and glasses...so make sure you say hi ;):D

Ok - so how about taking the M3/A34/A303 and meeting at Junction 9 on the M3 in the Tesco's car park (off @ Junc. 9 from the south, first exit at the roundabout and 1st exit at the next one in the car park opposite the Tesco's Petrol Station with the height barrier on) :cool: lets say at meeting at 11.20 leaving at 11.30am :D

Should then be a realtively easy journey up there and I've never been to Andover before so the easier the route the better! :eek::D
