By heck mine gets hot when left in the sun, everytime I put my hand on my knob it burns, I can't even hold it by the base as it has the metal sleeve .. guess I'll have to put a sock over it ;)

yep same here.....

Although my knob is now sticky aswell a result of the sun again me thinks...

My gear knob i mean..

alloy and heat dont mix, same as leather interior, freezing in the winter, red hot in the summer yet everyone wants it . hows the momo fitted ? screw thread like original ? full gearshift pattern ? scooby logo ? oh well. cheers nomad
