Go for the don't sign it gag, my mates going through it at the moment. it seems to be working, they send you a ****ty letter telling you you have to sign it - but you don't

but theres never been a case of photographic evidence of the driver before the courts to date, not one!
The photo can (AFAIK) only be used for reg plate ID.
