Moving to Ireland next year and want to bring my MY00
but everybody tells me insurance is too expensive.
COuld anybody give me a guide average price, and do they seem to increase much year to year.

Generally speaking you will pay twice to three times as much as in England.
What in the world would make someone want to come and live here?

Why don't you try asking your current insurance company what they will do/want you to do.
I know a chap who used to live here and move to the UK, then sort of got home sick and came back after a few years. His insurance company stuck with him, they did increame the premium, but only slightly.

Ah, just realised, you said moving to Ireland.
All these quotes people are posting are from Northern Ireland, and not the South I think.
However, before any hopes build too high, the insurance in the South is just as bad as the North!
