I'm probably going to have to sell my bike at the end of August, for a couple of reasons:-
1. New baby coming at Xmas (increased costs, decreased spare time)
2. Insurance renewal will be stupid as I wrote a bike off this year.
3. Don't find riding quite so enjoyable after my accident.
4. Need the cash for more sensible purchases.
It's a GSXR600 Telefonica on a '52' Plate - limited edition (one of only 499, should be 500 but I wrote one of 'em off). It's got less than 1,000 miles on it, is totally standard (except for matching Telefonica tank pad) and is literally in showroom condition.
My question is, how much should I advertise it for??? List price when I bought it was £7249. Dunno what the list price is at the moment for new ones.
Any ideas guys??
Steve
Edited to say that this ISN'T the one I wrote off, this is the replacement bike (brand new) that I was entitled to under the terms of my insurance policy.
