what a great bunch of lads they all are from ian right down to the mechanics ,sales and even the lads that polish the cars

they have customer care skills that only other garages can dream of having and most of all they love the product they deal with on a day to day basies

and they care about the customer .

no wonder they have such a wide customer base
i am not connected with them in any way apart from being a happy customer and would recommend them to anyone

the full DECAT SYSTEM is good too
i even trained them to tell the wife that the decat system is the ageing process with scoobys and should give increased fuel economy

totaly agree...going up on the second aug for a service....might even get the suspension done while i'm there...just got to be able to pay when the wife's not looking!!!gulp.

 

Called into Stan Palmers yesterday for a look round (as I was passing on my way to Dundee).
I spent an hour or so looking around the showroom & workshop with Ian talking about mods for my MY03 WRX, went for a drive in their demo wagon. All I can say is they do seem to be 'top blokes' - very helpfull & enthusiastic about all things Subaru!! Pity they are 150 miles from home.

i live in dundee but my parents live in carlisle so i popped home and picked up a ex demo stippp from ian -great service and my student mate got a go in the civic with race logic!!
