Hope someone out there can help me, when driving along the road my car seems to pull into the ruts and dips in the road surface this happens on any type of road, Its also bad when I brake on rough road surfaces or braking hard from high speeds.
I have had the tracking checked by a subaru dealer.
The car is an MY98 with 17"prodrive alloys and original suspension. Any ideas appreciated

Get the bumpsteer mod and geometry done at Powerstation.

Does anyone know of anywhere in the north east that fits this bumpsteer kit or where I can buy one mail order so I can get it fitted locally?

What tyres are you blessed with :)

My car did the same thing before I had the bumpsteer and suspension set up at Power Station. Straight as a die now and no longer scrubs the tyres on the inside edge. It also goes round tight corners too! Each car has to be done individually because they are all different. I use F1 Eagles, D3's.

Mine was exactly the same when I first bought it - it was really poor under braking, squirming all over the place.

However....a trip down to Powerstation sorted it out. I had the anti-lift kit done at the same time too and it transformed the handling.

I considered geometry checks and other mods but a tyre change did it for me. Was bordering on bl00dy dangerous before !!!

SO2's were ok I found, but SO3's were more jittery and tramline-y ..

Some tyre tramline easierthan others ... but sorting the suspension should help all types in future, so sort that first!
