Thanks to Floppy Dave, I got my new Sti handmade backbox and stainless steel decat middle pipe yesterday, and actually managed to take the old one off, and fit it in an hour
It's my first mod to the car, apart from security and servicing to get it running A1:

Think I need a performance panel filter to compliment the exhaust, to get the breathing better.
Chuffed with the system - looks a lot better (have you dropped a baked bean can? one of my neighbours said lol) and it sounds awesome at full chat, yet quiet at tickover. And I am sure it has improved performance.
Hope you like.

It's a 4 1/2" tailpipe I think, it cones inwards to the backbox too, very well made by looks.
And the sound is too addictive - I just love it, my shell card is benefitting, but my Switch card is getting hammered to ****!

There's nothing I like more than polishing my exhaust (ooerrr).
Takes a while to get it looking like new, but I think it's well worth it.
a) Clean it with the K'acher washer
b) Rub over with some weak fairy liquid solution and wash off
c) Use 'Autosolve' metal polish (checkout Halfords etc) on the whole BB include pipe to centre section, and then buff
d) Use 'MER' on the whole BB and pipe and then buff
*** step 'd)' is optional
Keeps it's shine for ages
