what exactly is that all about..??

Ive had a grill, bonnet scoop, bonnet vents off derek and all the stuff was good better than stuff ive had from other apparantly good scooby specialists...

The price of his parts are nearly always half that of the competitors...

There are many people on this board who have had stuff from derek including group buys e.t.c so whats your problem..??

His parts are even sold in the scoobynet shop...!!!!

dont think derek has a web site he just makes various parts for scoobys...

I think he used to make parts for revolution.

It was to do with some parts that were ordered from them, when they eventually turned up they were the wrong ones so I sent them back on their promise that they would refund the postage when they resent the correct items.

After several emails I finally got a response and the correct bits were sent (weeks later), but with parts were missing and there was not refund for the postage I had paid to return the items they sent that were incorrect in the first place.

After more emails I finally got a response which said that I had damaged the bits they had sent (even though I had not removed them from the packaging) and that they would not be refunding my postage cost because of this. Also they said they will not be sending the bits that were missing because they didn't think they would be getting anymore in - So why was it sent the first time and then not the second? I had already paid for this so it belonged to me but instead they sold it to someone else and I was left in the lurch.


In all I was totally pi$$ed off with the service and would never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone.

I recantly bought a splitter from Derek, top class quality and top service. Even the courier commented on how well the item was packed.

and that was a 400 mile round trip !
