I'm doing the historic section in a Mini Cooper but have yet to sort any accomodation yet.

I'll be there, Boat from Liverpool £20 ,staying with relatives :),and a free car to use.

Probably going but not booked anything yet - depends on work etc.

If I go it will be on the Steam Racket with the Scoob - probably on a 5 day return - car + 2 - £170 ish. Sounds a lot but I paid £154 :eek: for a bike and rider and this years TT! Steam Packet web address is www.steam-packet.com

Even if you fly you will need a car to get about - sooner drive a Scoob over there than a hire car Fiesta!

We're coming over on the 1030am Seacat from Liverpool on Wednesday. We are marshalling, don't know where yet until signing on on Wednesday night. I was hoping that Optimax had reached the island this year, but according to the Shell website they have no petrol stations on the island, is this correct ? Say hello or give us a wave if you see a Rally blue MY01, reg T555 xxx.

We do have Shell petrol stations but they dont sell Optimax Im afraid.
I get by with Super UL and Octane Booster...
