Has anyone got a TV Tuner installed in their car?

Have just bought the Kenwood KVTM-700 and wondered if it was worth getting the Tv Tuner.

Is it a decent picture
Does it work on the move at all

Just to add that it is for the kids in the back and not for me when I am driving...
