Just wondering how long I should expect to wait for my meber pack to arrive? (minus the keyring probably!)

All applications received in the last 7-10 days will be issued by the end end of next week. We are just waiting for the latest delivery of stickers to come in to ship with the packs! :) We have hit another snag with the keyrings, but please be sure we are on the case and working with the supplier to rectify this situation as soon as possible.

Sorry to be a pain but is it still a 28 day turn around?

i dont think its a 28 day turna round ive been waiting 7 weeks has anybody else or am i the only one

Normally the membership packs will be dispatched within 28 days. We have been holding back current membership packs, as we are awaiting the arrival (very shortly) of the keyrings (so killing two birds with one stone).

All members that have sent payment through have been notified of the delays via email, but there actual SNPLUS account has been ACTIVATED. I notice by your usename, you do not have the "SNPLUS MEMBER" tag, which may suggest that your payment has not been received. If you would like to email me direct and let me know the name on which you registered for your SNPLUS membership along with your temporary membership number (which was given during the sign-up process), I can see what i can find out.
