According to Lancia the average consumption figure for a 94 Evo (unmodified) is 10.6 litres/100 km or 26.6 mpg. Obviously there are a number of factors that can affect this figure.
I have a 92 Evo - slightly modded and I have seen fuel consumption drop to low teens but I suppose on average its probably around mid to low twenties.

Hope this helps

I would say that is realistic. My chipped EVO regularly saw around 12mpg, and you would have to be taking it extremely easy to see anything like low to mid twenties, which in the EVO is not an easy thing to do. You may expect slightly better from a standard car, but if you also bear in mind that it also likes to drink a litre of fully synthetic oil every 2-3 tank fulls of fuel (Lancia suggest checking the oil every other fill up) you have quite a thirsty motor.
