Would you chance traveling to the NBO from Liverpool with an engine check light on?.....MY01 WRX

Its been on and off lately, but now of all times has decided to stay on!

Ive been told that it may be running lean with this light on, but after cleaning the tip of the exhaust and goin for a drive, it is the same dark grey colour its always been.

Advise please if you know your stuff......

If it blows up Im not going to hey "such and such" you said it would be OK. :)

Depends what's causing it really Yoza, if it's just a failing Cat temp sensor then it should be fine but if it's something more sinister it could scupper the motor, and Danny @ Mainland has probably read this thread by now and cancelled your warranty ;)

We did Newcastle -> Doncaster n back.
