Can someone confirm the Warranty on the siren unit that comes with a Concept 300.

My dealer claims it's only 12 months, so won't cover it.

 

Got my Clifford fitted a few weeks ago and the dealer said that the warenty was shorter on the siren coz people jet wash their engines and kill them.
