I am new here as I have only owned a scooby for 4 weeks, However in that time I have had a stone break 1st my fog lamp cover then 2 weeks later my headlamp cover !! really pi**ed off. Order replace fog when it happened from main dealer delivered the wrong one then added a replacement headcover, still waiting and that is 3weeks (fog) and 2 weeks (headlamp). This is crap service as there is still no sign of getting them. Any ideas?

Could you supply something you havn't got? Its possible, the time it takes to get these parts is out of there hands, you'll find this happends every now and then, i'm sure they are trying there best. Hang on in there, i was waiting about 5-6 weeks for my modified 5th gear replacement but it wasn't the dealers fault, it was those japanese chppies in japan. Good luck anyway you'll get them soon.

they are probably on back order other wise they could have been ordered vor and delivered to the dealer the next day

I've been waiting 7 months for bits for my current model Jeep Grand Cherokee. Apparently they are completely out of stock.

These are simple trim items that must be common parts used in minor bumps to the doors.

I would never buy another Jeep, it is a complete joke. Wrote to Jeep UK and all they did was confirm that some parts are out of stock. Great, I already knew that I thought they might have done something about that.

They shouldn't be allowed to sell the vehicles if they can't supply spares for them. :(

ricky,try phoning another dealer in your area .it happened to me and they had the cover in stock.best of luck

I was told by my local dealer that there is a 2-3 month back order for front fog covers, patience is a virtue and all that....
