Hi,

I had an Alpine CD Head unit fitted to my 02 WRX, I've installed a sub and need to connect the remote turn on and phone leads but I can't seem to remove the Alpine unit, according to a colleague I have to remove the whole silver dash insert which covers the heather controls and DIN slot.

Does anybody have any expereince of this?

As Nick says - tis very easy - only problem I had was the right hand side of the cup holder thingy was very stiff and needed a firm tug!!!
